We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were excellent, providing great service throughout our stay. The facilities were top-notch, with a fully equipped kitchen and a washing machine in our room. The hotel was very clean and well-maintained. Its location was perfect, as it was just a short walk away from both Karasuma station and the Shijo subway. We loved being able to explore the nearby shopping street and Gion area on foot.

I had one of the best stays ever at this hotel. The staff at the Guest Centre were incredibly friendly and helpful, offering great recommendations for temples and restaurants. The free bus service from the Guest Centre to the hotel made the check-in process a breeze, and they even allowed us to store our luggage for free. The hotel is located in the heart of the city, only a short walk from central shops and restaurants. There is also a 24/7 supermarket just a 2-minute walk away. The room itself was clean and comfortable, equipped with everything I needed including a kitchen, washing machine, and even a Japanese toilet. this hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of location, amenities, and service.
